Ministerial indications for physiological aspects: Passion flower, Californian poppy, Black horehound, Bird’s foot, red Valerian and Lavender promote relaxation (sleep, in case of stress) and mental well-being. Lavender also promotes normal mood and, together with Black horehound, supports digestive function. The Red poppy promotes the functionality of the upper respiratory tract and counteracts localized states of tension. Erica and Melilot promote the drainage of body fluids.
